Roger and Cherie Mullins are beginning their 19th year as missionaries with
Hope for the World and their focus is the orphans of Albania. They also have
An elderly center in one city of Albania. They teach the orphans in Bible
Classes each week and also take them to good Bible-believing local churches
In their area for church. During the past year there have been 11 decisions for
Christ among the orphans. As a rule, most every orphan that lives in the
Homes where Hope for the World is working will come to know Christ when
They have been there long enough to understand the Gospel. Then we have
Discipleship classes for them in small groups or one-on-one after they have
Come to know Christ. During the years we have been there, literally hundreds
Of children, if not thousands, have come to know Christ in this way.
We are also in the process of opening a church on our own property where we
Have a Teen Center. We are making a gym a bi-vocational building to be used
As a church on Sundays and as the gym during the week for the teens.
This is known as the Hope Center for Teens in Marikaj, Albania. Most every one
Of our teens were saved and baptized last year.
We have a total of 385 children and senior citizens that we minister to daily.
